For Kebab
- 3 large chicken breast
- 3 shallots sliced
- 1 large smoked sausage, sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 carrot, sliced
- 1/2 green pepper, sliced
- 1/2 red pepper, sliced
- 1/2 yellow pepper, sliced
- 5 to 6 shittake mushrooms
- 1 tsp of mince garlic
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 1 tsp of Almond Oil
- 4 tsp of Lemon Juice or Lime Juice
- 1 tsp of Almond Oil
- 4 tsp of Worcester Sauce
- 4 tsp of Soy sauce
- 3 smoked Garlic cloves, Chopped
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 2 tsp of honey
- 2 tsp of tomato puree
mix all the marinating ingredients together and cut the chicken into equal parts because if not then there will not be enough chicken to go around. then put the chicken pieces in the marinade over night then take it out.
cut the veggies equal size and big enough to stay on the skewers. Now put those lovely cut vegetables into a large bowl drizzle the oil on top of those vegetables, then season with black pepper and mince garlic then mix the vegetables until they have a light coating of oil. then place the chicken and the vegetables on the skewers.
heat over a grill pan and brush with the Almond Oil then cook all four sides evenly and to be sure to brush the oil on the kebabs when they are cooking. After each side is cooked serve with soy sauce or hot sauce.
